I don't doubt the products. Just check the price before buying. My experience is that products can be purchase cheaper elsewhere

I read that for returns you can get a store credit or the money back the same way you paid for it. i have several items that say they can be returned so am i in for a fight?

Answer:

I have made returns many times. If it is returnable, you will get free return shipping if you choose store credit. If you want the refund processed back to your card, you will have to pay for the return shipping. I don't think you are in for a fight. I've had success using the chat option to get returns processed.

Question:

I cannot get a hold of anyone and no response on the e-mail. use to be able to call them. what happened? any one has their number?

Answer:

On 28th November, they replied to my inquiry almost immediatelly whereas now, when I asked them about extra charges on my credit card this Sunday, there is still no reply. All charges - three in the amount of one dollar and the one for items ordered - have not been authorized yet by my bank so maybe the best thing to do is to try to cancel them?

Just trying to find out if this deal i found for the beach waterpark is legit. i am reading a lot of bad reviews about groupon. it has me afraid to order

I have only bought 2 seta of tickets for winter wonderland last winter. I couldn't open the voucher you print so I called. They answered immediately and walked me through opening and printing them Most. Of the time I have been very happy with the products. I usually look at name and Google it. Ithe usually comes up with info and sales it on amazon. I have not bought spas or anything like that. I read that they over book and can't get you in right away. I heard sometimes the place is at fault for not limiting the amount they would take. I'm not sure I would do a trip. For me I would rather do that myself and not stress about it. Most items are same quality. I ordered 6 canvas prints at Christmas and when I went on site to redeem I was agreeing to receive emails that the company charged for. I wrote the loss off and won't bug those again. Good luck. Been about 85% or more happy with site

Yes I logged onto site jabber and left review when I found out that grpupon doesn't do reviews. I have bought about 75 items on site and mostly been good experience. I did call customer service and after I tried 3 times I got a really. Nice friendly and helpful rep She helped me log in and fix my problem. Yes I did purchase 6 of canvas pictures I did not use because as I was trying to put pic in I had to agree to a club. I bought a couple things I tossed into trash. The back brace with copper was awful. I did the books you add kids in the story very disappointed. I see me! Has great books for that. Anyway. Good luck. I also check amazon on items to see if honestly good price.

Answer:

They are selling refurbished items, but they usually advertise it that way so you should know ahead of time.
