I never received. A voucher. Maybe it was the way I set it up st first. I did call 1 time and they were very helpful in helping me get my voucher to global wonderland last year. They answered call really fast also.
I usually get a response after I buy something at the same time saying you don't have to do anything else. But if you look below there usually is a tag that says voucher. Click on it and it opens telling you what you bought.
I usually buy products and not restaurant or things like that. Maybe that's why. I live about 60 miles from the city I have and it's not easy to go. Hope that helps
I did see that some complain about some of the things messages, hair salon etc because they will only book so many in the day or week and take their walking etc first.
Often after I purchased from Groupon, it would take as long as 3 days to confirm my purchase. And as long as 17 days before the product was even shipped- not counting the week or so in the mail. Deals are good, but they take their time for sure.
I would definitely contact them. Their customer service has always been good to me, and resolved any issues.
You should contact them. Usually the voucher should be emailed to you as soon as the deal ends.
How long ago did you emailed them? They are pretty good at answering customers email. Give them at least 48 hours to reply or maybe check your spam mails.
