Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from GrooveBook staff and previous consumers.
You better get out and let your bank know that they are deducting from your account and of curse NO BOOK! This company is BAD get out. It took over 6 months before I received the money that they took. Every month and n book...
I would email and ask if you still have not received your book, they can send a replacement. As far as RENAY J. Said, you are so right, I also noticed that the quality of the photos are not the same. Photos that once came out looking pristine are now blurry or not the same. I have had the same photo printed a few times and the first two times i had the photo printed it was great but not in the third and forth time, it was like it was a different photo completely. I have also noticed that photos that were once a full page now have white bars on the side and the ones that were turned the other way and printed with the white border are now printed the other way. There are so many changes. Quality is about 50% of what it was originally. I am glad the creators were paid 14 million for their Groovebook app and business, but i think if they had kept it and grown with it they would have made billions instead.
I found this while I was looking for an answer to my questions. You may have already received a solution to your cancellation request, but this is from groovebook's FAQs. "You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing your request to billing@groovebook.com. Please be aware of your next due date and allow two business days for your request to be processed."
UGH, i wasn't finished, if you go under the INFORMATION tab at the bottom of the app once you open it you will find a number of different links, one is or at least used to be where you could change your credit card. I agree with other here about Shutterfly ruining Groovebook and I have cancelled my account, they charged me after I cancelled, not just one day after but 10 days after i got the notice they cancelled it and that made my account overdraft, they refused to pay the fees for the overdraft, it wound up costing me over 100.00 for 3.17. Oh, they did finally refund that money but i had to fight for that as well because they tried to say i didnt cancel in time, a big mess. There is no phone number to call, just emails to write and wait for, but to be honest, at least you have documentation as to what you said and did. Good luck.
