I found this while I was looking for an answer to my questions. You may have already received a solution to your cancellation request, but this is from groovebook's FAQs.
"You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing your request to billing@groovebook.com. Please be aware of your next due date and allow two business days for your request to be processed."
