The quality of the last 10 books is not good, not even near the pics from my phone in color

That is standard and does not get better.

My advice would be to cancel your subscription to groove book. You will find the quality of the photos keeps going down.The wait time for your ordered books will be longer and longer. In addition they will screw up your photos on your iPhone and you won't be able to access them. Groove book doesn't disclose any of these things. Save the frustration and cancel your subscription now.

Nope... sad thing is... they used to be amazing quality and color... that is until Shutter fly bought them out... now they suck... and they dont really care that they suck. Customer service is horrible... nothing but scripted email responses IF even that! Cancelled my account... as everyone else should!#!
