on 11/5/15UGH, i wasn't finished, if you go under the INFORMATION tab at the bottom of the app once you open it you will find a number of different links, one is or at least used to be where you could change your credit card. I agree with other here about Shutterfly ruining Groovebook and I have cancelled my account, they charged me after I cancelled, not just one day after but 10 days after i got the notice they cancelled it and that made my account overdraft, they refused to pay the fees for the overdraft, it wound up costing me over 100.00 for 3.17. Oh, they did finally refund that money but i had to fight for that as well because they tried to say i didnt cancel in time, a big mess. There is no phone number to call, just emails to write and wait for, but to be honest, at least you have documentation as to what you said and did. Good luck.
