My latest book was due to close July 16th, it is now the 20Th, and it is not closed, and not in progress. WHY, I need answers and would like to continue to receive them, The service seems to be failing fast since the company was sold. Please send the book, and close the overdue one, so I can download more pics. Thank You

You better get out and let your bank know that they are deducting from your account and of curse NO BOOK! This company is BAD get out. It took over 6 months before I received the money that they took. Every month and n book...
