Getaroom is not answering 800 number. tried form on website but got this message: error occurred while sending the message: could not instantiate wp_mail function. what is a working email address for getaroom?

Answer:

They are answering the line now I just cancelled and got a refund if this helps; Best of luck; I was on phone for hours sadlly; hope you can reach them!

This is my first time making a reservation with you. how can i do my cancellation in case i can not travel?

Answer:

They will not refund you I booked 3 rooms at Best Western Victorian Inn In September 2016. Unfortunately We are not able to go on our vacation - so on February 1/17 I requested a refund by phone and the code I received was C720128864 and a refund would come through I DID not receive an email confirmation as I was told this code was enough. No refund as of Feb 17 in which I spoke to another service representative and they assured me the refund would go through. I don't know what your company is doing but I would like answer as to why you will not give me back my refund. Please reply as soon as possible they don't let you submit a question either

We paid $179 per night at the coronado inn in ca and booked through getaroom. we have called the hotel and contacted getaroom through their website and filled out the form. we checked out one day early and were told our credit card would be credited $179. this is a month ago and still no money! what do we do?!

Answer:

This company took $525.88 from my son... Trust me you will NEVER see this money. I have begged them for a refund because they booked the wrong hotel and they are not willing to do anything about it. Hard lesson learned

Not a good company and needs to be sued for fraud and capitalizing on this pandemic! False advertising & information!

I cant get signed in to getaroom to confirm my reservation, and the 800 number sounds like its down. we have paid for a room in mexico in may and now i don't know what to think

They won't help you, they financially abuse customers and steal and scam. They lied to me and they seem to do it to everyone!

Hi, my boyfriend booked a hotel in madrid online with you last night for 3 nights from the 5th november staying at the madrid torrelaguna travelodge. this was for $183 (approximately £121) and the money has been taken from his account but we have not been given a reservation number or received a confirmation email. his name is kyle coombs and his email address is kyle.coombs@hotmail.co.uk. please can you check that this reservation has gone through and send us the confirmation email? it must have gone through as the money has been taken from his account. thanks, suzanne bithell

Same happened to me. Get a room took my money but the hotel NEVER got a reservation for me!
