Hi, my boyfriend booked a hotel in Madrid online with you last night for 3 nights from the 5th November staying at the Madrid Torrelaguna Travelodge. This was for $183 (approximately £121) and the money has been taken from his account but we have not been given a reservation number or received a confirmation email. His name is Kyle Coombs and his email address is kyle.coombs@hotmail.co.uk. Please can you check that this reservation has gone through and send us the confirmation email? Same happened to me. Get a room took my money but the hotel NEVER got a reservation for me!
