Should i be worried about an order i made on the 1st april and still haven't received? they do not want to answer any of my calls?

Question:

Gearbest has a practice of stating " ships in 3 to five days" for out of stock items. after waiting 10 business days with order in "processing" i canceled the order and was refunded store credit i. e. "wallet" can " wallet" be refunded back to bank card credit? this was a $50 transaction and i do not want to be held hostage to continue business with gearbest.

Hey so i ordered a hoverboard from gear best on november 27,2015 and i still haven't gotten the order and its january 29,2016 and i've emailed them at least 13 times and it seems they say the same thing every time and i talked to fedex the carrier and it says shipment label created and its been like that forever and i'm concerned and frustrated and worried because i spent almost 300$ on that hover board and it hasn't came in and at this point i feel like i tried everything and i don't know what to do and was wondering if you could help me give me some advice on what to do or if you could help.

I've placed many orders so far, and I have gotten them all. Sometimes it is slow. My fastest order got here in 10 days, the slowest in about 25. America Line(IB) tracking numbers can be tracked at http://www.myib.com/cn-english/ America Line(SF) and others can be tracked at http://www.17track.net/en Once the packages enter the US, they will be issued a USPS tracking number. If shipped to a country other than the US, it will be issued tracking for your standard mail carrier when it enters your country. Also make allowances for overseas travel time(most packages are shipped from China), and for time spent in customs. Hope this helps!

Gearbest is cheating customer misleading shipment time( 5-11 working days). my order is over 1 month. not received yet. they told me delivery time could be 60 days which means 3 months. i wonder they actually shipped my order. how long should i wait? and finally can i get my order? or being mad?

Send support an email, they are usually prompt to answer in 24-48 hrs. Sometimes they have to await shipment from another warehouse before they can fill your order.
