Hey so i ordered a hoverboard from gear best on November 27,2015 and i still haven't gotten the order and its January 29,2016 and I've emailed them at least 13 times and it seems they say the same thing every time and i talked to fedex the carrier and it says shipment label created and its been like that forever and I'm concerned and frustrated and worried because I spent almost 300$ on that hover board and it hasn't came in and at this point i feel like I tried everything and I don't know what to do and was wondering if you could help me give me some advice on what to do or if you could help.

Honestly, their sooo crappy with their helping people out that you dont get any further info from them. The only information i know and had to go threw is being the fact it will come to you through the mail. Contact your local post office and tell them you want to file a package inquiry to find out about your package. It takes time but just do it. Also, their shipping from china so try tracking it with Yunpost tracking. Or google other tracking. Fedex wont know ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR PACKAGES OR WILL ANYBODY ELSE. Try and track it but if anything tell them you want a refund and KEEP demandin it. If they wont help than make a claim with paypal. Gearbest will just keep saying all this BS about shipping delays and what not. Sorry, hope this helps at all.
