Send support an email, they are usually prompt to answer in 24-48 hrs. Sometimes they have to await shipment from another warehouse before they can fill your order. It has happened to me a couple of times.
People mostly leave reviews when they have negative experience. 5 star review are from people who care more about price than shipping time. Personally if I want to get something quickly and reliably I order locally. And can live with long delivery time if the product isn't important and costs 1.5 times cheaper. But, yes, if you really don't like long shipping it might not be for you.
Me too! Called customer service but got a message saying the number was currently offline. Waiting for email...
Your tracking number wont work. Never did for me. Just spam their customer service until they respond. They will give you points or something that add up to be like a dollar off your next purchase. Its not worth it, trust me. Dont take their petty bribe.
My very first order came through, Then they contacted me, asking for positive reviews on chosen sites, this was one of them, and in return I received thousands of bonus points for doing so. My next 6 orders never got delivered, so I changed my review and stopped doing business with them. That's where the positive reviews come from. The one order I placed using the last of my bonus points, came with a note inside that said "Gearbest purchases Factory defective items" and that item never did work. I worked for three months trying to get a replacement, but NOPE!
