How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Gardener's Supply Company?

They never answer. Waited on a call two days in a row, and their automated system had me on hold for over an hour both times.

Impossible to get a hold of. No one responds to the emails or "contact us" and you get disconnected after 75 minutes on hold.

Extremely difficult and frustrating. I waited well over an hour, on more than one occasion, only to be either misinformed, or told they had no answers. This is more understandable, however, than their inability to properly inventory their own products. Furthermore, final representative I spoke with (the one that cancelled my order) was very nasty when he told me "HE can't cancel ANYTHING. He'll let the warehouse know." Yeah, real comforting, especially considering the other reviews I've seen regarding their not cancelling orders. Not to mention his obviously irritated tone. We shall see!

impossible to get ahold of anyone by email (they never reply with anything other than a message to call)
