I think it's a real company, just a bad one. Fake companies don't have customer service. They have customer service... it's just terrible.

Legitimate. Great company with excellent customer service

Legit company. At first I had heard good things about them but looking at other reviews they haven't scored very highly, I had a very bad experience with them and would not recommend them to anyone.

They are a legitimate company been using them for at least 20 years? But they've gone downhill recently.

So far, it feels like a scam! I'm so frustrated! I am googling the CEO and I'm going to try to contact him directly. I don't know what else to do. No responses to multiple emails and phone calls.

Legit since there is a customer service line, but still never received my order.

I'm pretty sure it's a scam. I have held on hold for over 50 minutes and nobody ever replies to my emails.
