Tried to get info on a product prior to purchasing. Wait times too long... so I made a purchase. Product is defective as some reviews stated. So I returned it in a timely fashion--within a couple of business days of receiving. A week + received an email from company that refund could not be processed without a return phone call. Multiple phone calls later with 50+ minute hold times... no answer and not able to give info that is supposedly needed to get my money back.
