I'm surprised to read these negative reviews about the customer service at Florence Scovel. I sent an email and received their response almost immediately. Their rep was very helpful, and my question was answered quickly. They even sent an email to make sure I had received my purchase. Try FlorenceScovel@gmail.com.

If you click "returns" on their web page, it's all legal jibberish. But this statement stood out to me. "We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected." DOESN'T THIS SOUND LIKE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS? DOES TO ME.

Ditto Jane P, no telephone number and emails ignored. My order still says unfulfilled from 2nd Dec and it should have arrived by 4th/5th. From the negative feedback, I've given up expecting it, even though the money has been taken.

Same EXACT thing has happened to me. I called the usps just like you did and got the same response. I've emailed FS twice with responses both times saying that "my order had been shipped and they are sorry and here's 20% off next order," etc. etc. None of which is true. I'm getting really pissed!

For Elaine S. I found it on my bank statement. It says: AN ASSOCIATES the a bunch of numbers then CA Meaning Canada.

I am experiencing this same problem right now. There is no tracking info other than what there was at the beginning of March. This is the second time I've ordered from them. The first time it was great. This time I'm getting irate. I'm about to write it off and bad mouth them all over the internet. I've been reading the reviews and a lot of them are horrible, and the way they describe their experience is identical to what we are experiencing. If our orders show up it will probably be a long time from now.

Looks like this isn't a very good company seems like they are ripping people off I always check and this one I didn't but the reviews are BAD!
