Ordered a ring on 3/8/2016. Received and e mail on 3/9/2016 that it was mailed. Tried to track it. Says it has not shipped yet. This is not good customer service. I would like and explanation. Or my money returned

I am experiencing this same problem right now. There is no tracking info other than what there was at the beginning of March. This is the second time I've ordered from them. The first time it was great. This time I'm getting irate. I'm about to write it off and bad mouth them all over the internet. I've been reading the reviews and a lot of them are horrible, and the way they describe their experience is identical to what we are experiencing. If our orders show up it will probably be a long time from now.
