on 6/12/15I will try e-mailing them as well. Maybe if we bombard Facebook with e-mails they will stop letting this scam business advertise on their site.
Hopefully you paid through PayPal as I did as I got a full refund and they have started an investigation into this sham of a company. I also messaged Facebook and suggested they block further attempts at FS posting ads on their website and suggested they check out this page for the truth about them. No reply from Facebook Surprise Surprise
Ugh... this company continues to get all these poor reviews. My experience with them was not at all pleasant. I would NEVER do business with them again. Getting ahold of them is next to impossible. I truly don't know why they haven't been shut down. I agree with Betsy M in regards to disputing the charges. A problem with them turns into a hassle so be prepared to remain patient. Good luck!
How did you pay? If you used PayPal, dispute the charge for the three necklaces with them. If you used a credit card, dispute the charge with them. After 24 hours, send a message to FSJ telling them what you have done. (If your emails are being bounced, you can try to message them on facebook.) You will probably get a computer generated reply. Just ignore it. Eventually, you will eithre get your money or your necklaces. Don't order from them again. They are notorious for either not filling their orders completely or (as in my case) ignoring the order completely.
