I have emailed Florence Scovel over 10 times after placing an order last September and paying over $100 but have never had a reply and cannot phone!
Have had a postcard from Royal Mail to say I have to pay a customs charge of £13.09. Why is this? Why did you not pay whole customs due?

Ditto Jane P, no telephone number and emails ignored. My order still says unfulfilled from 2nd Dec and it should have arrived by 4th/5th. From the negative feedback, I've given up expecting it, even though the money has been taken.

They dont have a contact telephone number I just used the email I received confirming purchase to start a thread and sent a reply to that ut no info regarding delivery yet
