I ordered some jewelry on November 7 and I have not received them yet. When I called the USPS tracking number they said that the package label had been ordered but they never received the order to mail.

Same EXACT thing has happened to me. I called the usps just like you did and got the same response. I've emailed FS twice with responses both times saying that "my order had been shipped and they are sorry and here's 20% off next order," etc. etc. None of which is true. I'm getting really pissed!

This is definitely something the company needs to look at. Shouldn't have happened. Mine came in a timely manner, so they should reship, I would say. But I'm just a customer, so what do I know? Good luck.
