on 11/27/15Same EXACT thing has happened to me. I called the usps just like you did and got the same response. I've emailed FS twice with responses both times saying that "my order had been shipped and they are sorry and here's 20% off next order," etc. etc. None of which is true. I'm getting really pissed!
This is definitely something the company needs to look at. Shouldn't have happened. Mine came in a timely manner, so they should reship, I would say. But I'm just a customer, so what do I know? Good luck.
