My order # is 20-10005-2151272027. states label created for shipment monday dec 14th but hasnt changed. these are christmas presents. did they ship?

Hello Julie. Thanks for your feedback! You have 2 packages for this order. The hat shipped on the 16th and will be delivered Wednesday, December 23rd. Unfortunately, the shirt actually does not ship for 5 business days. It should ship tomorrow, and we have upgraded your shipping to next business day, so you should receive the shirt on Wednesday as well. Are the jerseys on this website authentic or fakes?

Answer:

They are tagged with license tags, so I say they are real. When i compared to the NHL or NFL stores on line, the prices and descriptions were almost identical. I used Fanatics because they had sales & promos to get them cheaper.

I placed an order on oct.11. i have received nothing, heard nothing! it says my order is unfulfilled but you sure took my money! i have emailed, called, left messages till i am blue in the face! either you ship it or i want my money back now! you suck! practically stealing from people!

Why am i not allowed to cancel an order that will not even be shipped for another 9 days??!! the explanation given to me by rep is not acceptable. i will no longer have need for items i have ordered, since i will already be on trip to the big game. i will never order from this company again and i will steer my friends clear of fanatics. l. fisher
