So with all of these negative reviews, how do we find out where our order is? I placed an order on 9/27/16 and my order still says 'unfulfilled'. I just want an ETA so that I know I'm getting it at some point. I've called the number on the website and left a message, no call back. I sent 2 emails, no reply and sent a message on FB which was today so obviously no reply yet, but the other messages were days ago and still no one has responded.
