I ordered on the 27th of September with the item stating it would be shipped the same day. The order still says pending. I have emailed 4 times with no response. Was hoping to have item here by the 10th of October. What does it take to have a return email or know when an item will be shipped? I too am mad I did not read reviews before I ordered. It does not look like I will get it any time soon so I need to know what to do to cancel and get a refund unless it has already shipped.

File a chargeback with your credit card company. I Ordered Sept 9th and same thing. Status says unfulfilled still.
