Thanks Erin but no thanks. Do me wrong once shame on you, Twice, then shame of me. I hope your customer service improves. I am retired but supervised 30+ employees in a billion dollar city muni in my day. I received negative feedback from my boss once due to the amount I was paying my CSRs until I explained that they were the front-line of our operation. A poor spokes-person can ruin a customer's experience. Based on the theory that 1 tells 10, it can kill a company quick if their is competition. I suggest retraining your staff and move or get rid of people with egos and pay as much as you can. It appears that you have lost business because of shipping and CS. Don't promise what you cannot deliver, refund shipping that is late and record calls to train CSRs. Good Luck and God bless.

Depends on what you ordered. Was it a pre release item or something? If so it wont ship till the release date. If its a normal stocked item then it should have shipped by now. Yoi need to get hail of fanatics directly instead of asking this question on here since we are just reviewers. We will not be able to access your account info
