Why am I not allowed to cancel an order that will not even be shipped for another 9 days??!! The explanation given to me by rep is not acceptable. I will no longer have need for items I have ordered, since I will already be on trip to the big game. I will never order from this company again and I will steer my friends clear of Fanatics. L. Nope! I won't either and I ordered for myself for a get together. Never been more disgusted with customer service especially the amount I paid. And I have to keep writing because of "posting guidelines" lol this is a joke a joke and fake website
