At first I did not receive my order within the expected time after receiving a confirmation that my order had been shipped. I contacted Vidals Pets and they resent the order via certified mail. It took longer than expected but they did come through and I appreciate their customer service.

Ordered heart worm tablets online and paid for them with my credit card. The company claimed that they had sent the items but there was no tracking number. I never received the items. I contacted their support desk and was ignored and then only when threatening to review them on social media and claim back my money, did they bother to contact me. They said they would send the items again, and it once again I never received them. I can only assume that they are a scam, especially when reading the many reviews posted here. Should have read the reviews first - avoid this company.

Moths ago has not been received. I emailed numerous times with no response.
Could never get through by phone. Finally after writing to tell them what terrible customer service they have, they said they would refund my money x 2 - still waiting and not holding my breath!
Four unanswered emails. One PayPal dispute. They finally responded to PayPal and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. Are u kidding me me? I'm done with them. This was my second experience with them. The first time, I ordered two boxes of meds... they only sent one but quickly sent the second when I notified them. Maybe they r going out of business and just don't care about customer service anymore.
Order 04/29/2016 deworming products for my mom's kitten. It's been over a month and nothing, I emailed them several times and no reply. I called the number from their website and a nice lady picked up and told me Vidal pets is out of business and now that number belongs to a travel agency. I called PayPal told them the situation, they assure me I will be getting my money back. Please don't order from them since they're out of business but will gladly take your money! Stay away please.
I ordered Revolution for cats on Feb. 2,2016 I realize coming from Australia, it would take a while to get my order. I ordered from them before and it took a while. It's now Mar 25,2016, and I haven't received my order. I am low income, so every penny I spend is a big deal. I've contacted Customer Service 3 times, and haven't heard a peep from them. I will NEVER order from them again, and I will spread word around on social media to make sure others don't either!

I have been a several years customer for Vidal Pets, and prior to my latest transaction, found them to be a good company. However, I paid over $100 for product 2 months ago, and never received it. Sent 2 separate emails to the company with details of the order number, my customer number, amount paid and and received by them - no response at all to my requests. I wonder if this is no longer a legitimate business. AVOID.
NEVER again will I order from this site/ company! Do not trust the reviews on their website! Scammers! Only responded to my emails about the shipping but once my item didn't arrive after 30 days, was told it would be 10-18, they ignored all three emails! I will be issuing a complaint with PayPal. Hopefully I can get my money back!
I ordered from this company without checking reviews or comments first. BIG MISTAKE! Had to file a claim with Paypal as I never received the product. Immediately got a response from Vidals Pets that order had been shipped that day, but I refused to cancel the claim. Sure enough, a couple of days later, I received a refund. Never was shipped. GO FIGURE! At least I ordered through Paypal and did receive a refund.
My order way placed on 11/29 and never shipped. They are now claiming to reshipping it on 1/14? I then after I confirmed my address they reply 12 days later? What kind of pet supply company is this? After reading all the complaints against them they must be running a business in their parents basement between parties. I will only give my business to real companies, not basement operations that rip off customers.
When we first ordered it was good, took a few weeks but got our order. I recommended this place to a friend for heartworm dog meds, she never got her order and was able to cancel with the help of paypal. Now we are not getting our order, we emailed and they said it was shipped out again still have not received it. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Just goes to show SHOP IN THE USA! THis company is not worthy of even 1/4 of a star-let alone 1 star rating
Ordered in the past I received my stuff. In march 2016, I replaced an order... and never received that order, trying since then for refund, and after several emails exchange, still waiting... and last, week-end, tried to get the internet site to find a phone number... ang no more internet site available! So unfortunatly, I think... it's over for my refund! (sorry for my English)
Hey Everybody! This Company has SCAMMED a lot of us Decent, Warm hearted Animal Lovers and should NOT keep getting away with it! Let's make sure to tell EVERYONE about their Scam... and List them Online on Sites where RipOffs are Reported. I only lost $45, but it infuriates me to see them doing this over and over again to people every day. Somehow I didn't see those awful Reviews till 4 weeks AFTER I placed my Order.
I'm at a loss. This is the first time after so many years of shopping online that I have been scammed. What surprises me is that I used this company to order my dog's medication products in the past successfully, so I would never have imagined that this time they would screw me. At first I assumed there was a death in their family or something tragic happened for them to be unresponsive but after finding all these complaints I realized I have lost my money and wasted 2 months trying to keep my dog indoors waiting for this medication (we have a high heart worm risk in this area right now).
After the payment went through, it took them 10 days to say that they shipped the order, then I waited 18 business days for it to arrive and begin contacting them once that period was finished. After several attempts I have been unable to receive any information or response from them. Extremely disappointed.

Placed an order 10/22/14 but didn't receive it until 1/12/15. Order was immediately charged to my credit card but not "processed" until 10/29. Received notification that it had shipped on 11/7/14 but was not received within the 10-18 business days promised. Had to send numerous e-mail inquires after order was not received (no phone). Note: from the time my card was charged, processed and 10-18 days ship time, this period exceeded the 45 day pay-pal claim period so no help there. Finally received an e-mail response on 12/14/14 order was being reshipped then sent another e-mail verifying order was sent 12/17/14. Order finally received 1/12/15 by registered mail. I have used this company for several years and never had a problem until the last 6 months. My last two orders had to be reshipped. Not sure what their problem is but I feel extremely grateul to have received my orders given the other reviews posted here. Due to the long delays in processing/receiving my orders I will not be ordering from this company again.
Wish I'd seen this page before I sent them almost $80. NOTHING received. Emailed the "customer support" link that guaranteed a response in 1-2 days. It has now been 4 and NOTHING! Must be a total scam.

Order flea meds for my dogs in Aug 2015... never received... contacted them via email and they said they would send a replacement... never received that either and they could not provide a tracking number... finally just asked for a refund... after MULTIPLE emails I finally did receive my refund... 7 MONTHS LATER!... this after getting the run around numerous times saying things like " we are processing your refund" and " your refund has been sent"... I stuck with it and did get my refund... when I did I sent them a final email telling them how horribly the situation was handled and how awful the customer service was and that I would never deal with them again... to which they sent a reply with 2 simple words..." Thank you"... really?!... How ignorant!... unless you are looking to " give " your money away for nothing, stay far, far away from this company!
After many purchases with prompt delivery, something has changed in a drastic way that has converted VidalsPets into a scam operation: my account debited one day after my last order (Nov 2014) and NO DELIVERY, and NO RESPONSE TO INQUIRIES. I have turned it over to my bank to investigate for fraud and will follow-up with the proper Australian authorities. DO NOT ORDER FROM VIDALSPETS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Sad and angering.
First time I order from them on August 21,2014 and nothing. I've filled out their online contact form 3 times - no word at all. No answer. I have called them SEVERAL times to get a recording that ll operators are busy. Psssh. There ARE no operators. Now to fill out the fraud paperwork to get my money back. Wish I could put half a star or no stars at all - the owners of the company are basically stealing from people.
My order was made on 12/03/2015. And was paid on 12 03 /15. By PayPal. Amount $ 74.20... This is now over one month. What has happened? I will never order again.

After not receiving my order of almost $200, I began the 1 year and 3 month long saga of trying, nicely, to either get my products, or get my refund. What a dance! 20 questions, then "we will revue this matter", and nothing ~ over and over and over. Always Rachael, probably a non-existant catch-all name representing a heartless, incompetent company. PLEASE, no matter how good the prices are... RUN! Use Petbucket.com for a stand-up company! Since vidals screwed me, I have referred SO many happy people there (-: Thanks, Charlotte in Vista, CA. (I wish there was a NO-STAR category!)
Frauds. No response to multiple inquiries. No items. It's been months.
