Why can I not get my products and not get a refund, and not get a legitimate response? It's been a year and 3 mos that I have been trying... liars and cheats!

Received this e-mail from Vida's Pets on May 27,2105. Thank you for your order. Your order has shipped as Standard Global Parcel Mail (tracking is not provided). Allow 10 to 18 Business Days for shipping. If you have selected Global Registered Shipping, tracking details will be emailed in a few days. It is now June 28,2015 and I have still not received my order. Neither have I received any responses to my e-mailed inquiries. Have they goe out of business?
