I am curious as to Why does PayPal continue to do Business with this Company when it's obvious that the Company is Scamming it's Customers?

My experience with Vidal Pets is that they will send you an email stating that the item has been shipped or delayed in order to get you past the 45 day refund period allowed by Pay Pal. I would call Pay Pal or the credit card company you used for your order asap and start the refund process. Please read the other reviews on this site. Good luck!.

You'll dutifully wait your 10 - 18 days then send them an email asking where your stuff is. Then you'll send them another one, maybe a little more sharply worded. Eventually you'll get this reply:
Hello
Thank you for contacting Vidals Pets.
You should have received order by now. Please verify shipping address and we will arrange to ship replacement or issue refund, and reply with your preference.
We are not able to check as there is no tracking, as order shipped as First Class International Packet Mail.

T wait any longer for your dog's medication. You might have to ask a second time, then you'll get this reply:

Thank you for your reply.
We will arrange to issue refund in the next 1 to 2 Business Days.

You'll probably notice nothing happening after 1 to 2 business days and send them another email. Eventually you'll contact your credit card company and file a complaint. That seems to do some good. I received my refund 1 day after contacting VIsa.

Well it took two full months, several emails & promises that it was shipped on three separate occasions, but I finally received my order. I will not be shopping with Vidals Pets again.

They are scammers. Don't expect to get your order or get a refund. I even got paypal involved and they wouldn't help me either. I'm sorry but I don't think you will get anywhere with them. Now I am trying to get my credit card company involved. I wish you the best. Babyziff

Dave, I hope you take the time to read the reviews for this business, they are telling. After my own bad experience with Vidal's Pets, I have relied on Canadavet.com for my dog's heartworm preventative and cat dewormer. They respond promptly to emails, and amazingly, they answer their phone. The prices are competitive, and no prescription is needed. I recommend you at least call them and inquire about bulk pricing. Finally, even if you do not buy from Canadavet, find any other supplier than Vidal's Pets. They simply are not reputable in any way.
