They r still in business but I don't know how. I had all the same issues with this company... no response until I filed a paypal dispute. I took my money and ran to their competitor VetShopMax who were wonderful.
I actually received my order after I had given up, after I had tried to call and email, and after I confirmed my shipping address 3 months after my initial order. It was 6 months from my initial order and payment. I have a previous review here that is negative, and I stand by it. This company is a wretched, unreliable resource; while I waited for my order, my dog went without heartworm preventative. Their "service" is unacceptable, find another provider.
I had similar problems took over a hundred days before I received my order; Vidal made reference to supposed additional shipment which I finally received: they also don't answer emails promptly Customer Care is not an apparent priority; I will never again order items from them the stress created outweighed the savings!
They only responded after I filed a complaint with PayPal.
I had used them for YEARS and they were perfect, without fail. Suddenly, it appears that their shipping/operations was outsourced from Australia to another Southeast Asian country. At that point, everything fell apart. I would get partial shipments, no shipments, and late shipments. My final order never showed up and PayPal refunded promptly.
DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR.
