I haven't got paid and no one seems to be responding to my emails

Answer:

You have to keep sending them emails. They do eventually pay out, I think they just get too many orders and don't have the funds to pay as quick as they promise. It's not a good experience but they paid me the full price in the end. If you need the cash ASAP I would use a different company, you might get a little less but these guys do take ages. I wouldn't use them again

Your order should have been processed on Friday, i am not in the building again until monday but will look into why it hasn't as soon as i am in. As you may have guessed, January is a particular busy time for laptop recycling companies as a great percentage of the population have received new machines for christmas and can only apologise for the delay.
