Hello as you can see from previous question below I still have not to receive my payment for my laptop. My revised quote was accepted and my order status changed to awaiting payment 01/03/16 then to complete the following day.
As per your terms and conditions you state payment shall be made 7 working days following receipt of the laptop, this time frame has now elapsed and you are in breach of your contract.
I have sent emails and question posts to you previously that I have copies of the trail but no response from yourself.
I have just spoken to citizens advice consumer information re this whom also state that you are in breach of your contract and therefore I shall be submitting this question to yourself as well as writing a formal letter that I shall post to yourself giving you 14 days as recommended by CAB to resolve this matter. If this matter is not resolved by then details have been passed to trading standards who will attempt to mediate the complaint and refer to small claims court if necessary.
