Really gutted I didn't visit this site before I sent off my laptop to sellyourlaptops. There seems to be a recurring theme here of not sending anybody the promised quoted values for laptops which sort of defeats the point of having the website.
My story is the same as every other one on here.

I accepted the revised quote of £52 on 4/1/2016 and the tracking results on the website are saying 'complete' but I have still not received payment a week and a half later. I sent a message via the 'contact us' page to no avail and am now starting to fear I will never receive promised payment for my laptop.
This is very disgusting customer service and I will proceed to take legal action if I do not receive my promised payment.

Your order should have been processed on Friday, i am not in the building again until monday but will look into why it hasn't as soon as i am in. As you may have guessed, January is a particular busy time for laptop recycling companies as a great percentage of the population have received new machines for christmas and can only apologise for the delay.
