HI Can I get someone to check when I can expect payment. I have sent several emails and had no response. Ref 0009895
I am still awaiting payment after having order checked accepted and completed. When can I expect payment pls.
How do you get in touch with them. Sent two emails no answer.
Order no: 009709 Hello as you can see from previous question below I still have not to receive my payment for my laptop. My revised quote was accepted and my order status changed to awaiting payment 01/03/16 then to complete the following day. As per your terms and conditions you state payment shall be made 7 working days following receipt of the laptop, this time frame has now elapsed and you are in breach of your contract. I have sent emails and question posts to you previously that I have copies of the trail but no response from yourself. I have just spoken to citizens advice consumer information re this whom also state that you are in breach of your contract and therefore I shall be submitting this question to yourself as well as writing a formal letter that I shall post to yourself giving you 14 days as recommended by CAB to resolve this matter. If this matter is not resolved by then details have been passed to trading standards who will attempt to mediate the complaint and refer to small claims court if necessary. I look forward to hearing back from you. A Carter
Hello I have been awaiting payment for my laptop for over 1 month now. I have also emailed you over two weeks ago and still no payment. My order was set to complete 25 days ago that I have screen shots of - please confirm why there is such a delay in my payment. You are unable to answer my calls or emails other than your standard auto reply saying someone will be in contact within 48 hours. If I do not receive payment by close of business I shall be reporting you to watchdog. L, trading standards, the police and taking you to a small claims court for breach of your terms and conditions. Really gutted I didn't visit this site before I sent off my laptop to sellyourlaptops. There seems to be a recurring theme here of not sending anybody the promised quoted values for laptops which sort of defeats the point of having the website. My story is the same as every other one on here. Order reference: 009630 I accepted the revised quote of £52 on 4/1/2016 and the tracking results on the website are saying 'complete' but I have still not received payment a week and a half later. I sent a message via the 'contact us' page to no avail and am now starting to fear I will never receive promised payment for my laptop. This is very disgusting customer service and I will proceed to take legal action if I do not receive my promised payment.

My order 009406 was received and processed 29th 2015. 12 working days have now elapsed and I have sent multiple emails but have not yet received any response or payment from you. A case has already been submitted by consumer services for referral with trading standards. Should payment not be received within 48 hours from today, I will also be lodging a criminal activity case. Please provide an immediate update. Thank you
Sellyourlaptops have been no problem to me they were quick to answer the phone kept in touch all the way though to sending my cheque which I got today and the cheque sending was very Quick ifeel if u leave them to do their job u get good service I can't fault them thank u for keeping in touch with me

You have to keep sending them emails. They do eventually pay out, I think they just get too many orders and don't have the funds to pay as quick as they promise. It's not a good experience but they paid me the full price in the end. If you need the cash ASAP I would use a different company, you might get a little less but these guys do take ages. I wouldn't use them again

Same as above - It came to me threatening them will legal action too in order to get any kind of response!

Same, I got paid eventually, but had to threaten legal action to do so. Not a nice experience

Exact same! It's torture! You have to email day after day, threaten legal action! I even wrote to watchdog then one day it appeared in my account

Same as above... It was only when I threatened legal action that they paid me.
