“Nightmare To happy ending”

I sent my laptop in was given the quote revised price etc which I accepted however I have had no payment I've tried emailing to no avail, my status has been changed to completed but yet no cheque or money in bank account, however after reading reviews on here I posted my own and whitin minutes I was emailed to say mine would be completed on Monday which it was so not all bad for me then
