I think this site devalues design work. Perhaps not intentionally but it doesn't appear to have a cap on how little clients are trying to pay and what for.
Some of the 'fixed prices' work out below minimum wage if you consider software knowledge, cost of software and time it will take for a designer to do it.
Anyone with good design experience won't generally be on there
I suspect the disproportionate amount of 'amazing reviews' to 'really bad' shows that their marketing department is faking some to compensate for a bizarre and bad customer experience. There is no chat function, no phone - only email.
I've decided to never use a services again without those.
I paid over a month ago. No tracking number yet. Customer service keeps saying 'we will send coat asap' Not good enough. So ridiculous.
I think if it doesn't arrive soon or have a reasonable response I'll report them to trading standards. Don't use this shop until they have a phone or chat function. It will be a mistake.
