I've purchased a lot of games from this website and I'll give you my feedback. I would that steam doesn't have a great customer service due to lack of staff and high numbers of customers they have to deal with in a daily basis.
However, I have never needed to ask for support for help as you can see that most but not all games don't function as well. I wouldn't say its the website's fault as you see it's the developer of the games. They don't update their stuff for new buyers and their games might fall apart over time like numerous of older games have did.
Users of the site can market in-game items, trade video games if needed (but there is a 30 day waiting period once you purchase the game), all the games will be in you account never deleting or destroyed like physical games do, etc. Great online community making content for the videos and may even be updates for their favourite games. Try it once you may be surprise or won't. It's your choice.:)
It's worth every penny and I'll continue using this site as long it's selling video games.
Tip for consumers:
There are usually sales happening around certain seasons or daily sales. Up to 10%-80% off for certain video games but be cautious this site will become addicting if you love purchasing video games. Another thing all video games have their own reviews by the community. Just be aware the users like to make jokes on reviews and find the ones that are taken seriously. :)

Why does the American and UK netfilx have more stuff on their sites!?!
If you're planning to purchase stuff from ThinkGeek, well think again this site is quite expensive to Canadian consumers like shipping rates are through the roof as I purchase some goods from this site and it was going to cost less than the prices says from their site. However, the shipping cost comes in, making the total much higher than what I expected. Unless you have time and money to spend your hard earn cash you might enjoy the things from this site but needless to say I wouldn't like spending my cash on shipping than the actual goods.
Another thing the service that I wanted to know about my tracking number for the items being shipped here doesn't have tracking numbers for the low cost shipping. So, it might take awhile if you're living somewhere fairly northern. I still can't deal with the customer service saying well... "deal with it" when I'm trying to figure out where it's going.
Tip for consumers:
Canadian or elsewhere beside USA. The shipping rates are terrible and if you're planning to purchase get the one with a tracking number or you'll be waiting for almost a month.
Shipping is excellent and their customer service are helpful.
I paid for my shirt on Jan 10,2015 and according to the email the company send to me. It's stated that the order is incomplete but my account says otherwise that I have paid for my shirt.
