I was out visiting the US and decided to order the 10 shirts for $60 ($98 after tax and shipping). I made sure there was plenty of time for the shipment to arrive before I flew out. I received the tracking details, and was able to track the parcel via Fed Ex. However, the expected delivery date came and went, and no parcel arrived. On the day before I was due to leave the US, I noticed that the parcel was in my state. I phoned Fed Ex, who confirmed to me that yes, the parcel was very late and they were sorry for that, but that it could arrive later that day if Six Dollar Shirts got in touch. There is no phone number on the website, but Fed Ex gave me a number they had. I tried phoning, but got a recording that 6DS don't operate by phone, only email. I left a voicemail anyway, along with sending an email, requesting they get in touch with Fed Ex. Nothing happened, and I never saw the delivery. I flew out the next morning, but left another voicemail and sent another email, saying to cancel the order, refund the money, and have Fed Ex return the parcel. I even left instructions at the address for Fed Ex to return the item to sender.
Apparently, the parcel was delivered anyway, despite the instructions left, but I couldn't say I know where the package is, or who has it now. After several email chasers, I have received only one boilerplate response. After that, I have been completely ghosted.
A proper organisation with a functional customer service ethic would have done the right thing and managed this from the get go. If this had been my business, I would have been on the phone straight away with Fed Ex, either to have it delivered as it was already in state, or to manage it so the package was returned, and provide a full refund. And I would have gotten my company refund from Fed Ex for causing this issue. I have always said, the measure of any organisation is how they manage things when the go wrong. On this basis, Six Dollar Shirts are worthless, except they have kept my $98. I have nothing to show for this whole ordeal. I can only suggest (happily) that no one ever order from this terrible, terrible company. They belong out of business.
The majority of shirts on this site are, in fact, not 6 dollars, but 9-12. So that's already absurdly misleading. Then I had to pay shipping for a domestic product that is going to take almost 3 weeks to arrive. I do not even care about quality at this point. Just don't appreciate dishonest companies. Take your business elsewhere.
I have placed many orders and spent 100s of dollars with 6 Dollar T-shirts and over the last year the quality has been hit or miss. The t-shirts themselves are the problem. I have had numerous issues with the collar losing its shape and getting stretched out after washing it only once while other shirts maintain their shape. At least 5 of the shirts I've gotten out of around 60 were not wearable after only 1 or 2 washes and extremely light use. Whoever they are purchasing their t-shirts from are inconsistent. I like the graphics and they always do a good job with the screening but I won't be making purchases from them in the future. It's disappointing to pay for shirts plus the shipping & handling and only being able to wear a shirt a couple of times. I went to the website to look at my order history but it says orders placed before July 2021 can't be accessed without contacting them directly.
Strange! Due to supply issues, we cannot guarantee a specific brand each time but all the brands we use should match our posted size charts and fabric compositions. If anything does not or if you would simply like to return any items, please reach out to our customer service team. They are always happy to help. They have a great customer service, helped me fixing my address on the same day I emailed them, very quick response. The shirt arrived 3 days earlier than expected, the fabric is great and looks like the photos on the website. I recommend

I placed an order in January, but it was returned to sender by USPS. Been waiting 2 months for refund. Was offered a partial refund. Will never order from this company again.
Update: thankfully I used PayPal for this order and they were able to issue a refund since the company was unwilling to. They refuse to acknowledge their responsibility as a company to provide timely refunds. Reading the negative reviews, it's common for the company to respond by blaming the customer. In this case, it was initially USPS who failed to deliver, but ultimately 6dollar shirts should have offered a refund upon receipt of the returned items. The company name is also misleading. The majority of the shirts are not $6.
When an order is returned to the sender by USPS, it's because an incorrect or incompatible address was provided at checkout. While our website cannot select an address for you, our team will always offer to either A) reship the package to a new address once it gets back to us or B) issue a refund minus shipping costs (as we have already paid the carrier to ship the package to the incorrectly provided address).
All of this information is listed on our site which is why we mention checking your address for accuracy before submitting an order but our team can always help fix an address if contacted before it ships. So we can pinpoint this exact experience, please respond to our request for more information!

Since PayPal automatically restarted its investigative timeline each time the reason was switched this was delayed unnecessarily and took longer than normal to resolve but we are happy to see it was resolved as desired.
We stand behind our products, service, and strive for transparency so it was very hard for us to start raising our prices after so many years. To keep the doors open and employees paid it was a necessary adjustment. Our unpleasant reality is the price of cotton alone has increased by 70% so now most of our shirts start at $6.99.
While we are trying to do our best to keep our prices as low as possible, we do apologize for any frustration this has caused!
This was our first time ordering and we are so happy we found this company! The T-shirts as well as the printing on them are great quality! They are definitely made to last! I also had a question about my order and they responded to my email immediately. So over all we are very pleased with this order! I can't wait to rock these shirts!

6 Dollar Shirts promotes how each item is "made to order", yet there was something wrong with EVERY shirt I received. The printing for all 10 was either crooked, off-center or you could see a grid pattern beneath the printing. Some shirts had ALL of those things. You'd think they'd get at least one right since they took 25 DAYS to get it to me -- and I'm in a neighboring state.
Never again, and will warn others not to waste their money either.

I had ordered 7 shirts and I was very unhappy about a few things:
First of all, it took 24! Days to have them delivered to Germany. I wouldn't have minded that if the delivery costs were not 35 dollars. When the shirts arrived I was asked to pay another 15 euros extra for the delivery by customs! So that makes a total of 50! Euros extra for 7 shirts. And the total prize of 120 dollars for 7 shirts. So for me it was not a 6 dollar shirt but a 17 dollar shirt. That's almost 3 times as much.
The shirts have a bad and weird smell and I think the quality is disappointing. Fruit of the Loom is not what I consider a great t-shirt brand. They are also too big for me but doing this whole process over again by sending them back also doesn't look very appealing to me.
Long story short I feel a bit ripped off.
When shipping internationally we aren't able to control if customs holds a package or charges duties. Those policies are regulated by your country and that is not something we can override unfortunately. While we do offer returns, we suggest reaching out to our customer service team if any items arrived incorrectly or defectively. They are always happy to help!
I was really excited to get my order of T-shirts yesterday. I'd ordered 10 shirts with some cool designs (cost with shipping approx. $8 per shirt... which I thought was fair). When I opened the plastic bag they'd been shipped in, I was soooo very unhappy to see the shirts were not quality silk screened... but cheaply done heat transferred designs (like iron-ons of old!). I wrote the company and they offered to refund... but I got to thinking- I'd paid close to $20 to have them shipped, would have to pay for the return trip, and would be out an hour of my time getting to and from the local shipping center... I decided it wasn't worth it. Anyhow, the website shows workers with screens and screening tools... VERY DECEPTIVE! In the end, sorry to say... it seems you get what you've paid for.

I've ordered more than once from 6dollarshirts and have been happy with each order. My most recent came with some technical difficulty. It ended up being issues on my end, but I wrote an inquiry email before I figured that out. My CSR Alex Abreu was amazing! Shirts are cheap, graphics are poorly printed on shirts. Their Facebook website also appears to be set up so you cannot leave bad reviews of their product. I've tried numerous times.
I ordered 2 shirts. They looked good when they came. I ran them through the wash before I even wore one and when I finally put one on it had shrunk a lot and the graphics were peeling and bubbling off the fabric. I don't see these lasting more than a few washes.

Aside from the fact that the product is exactly as advertised - affordable, fun and quirky tees that are true to size - I am writing a review because their customer service is amazing. My order went astray, and at every step of the way, their customer service team responded promptly to my messages, and let me know what the next steps were. My order arrived very late, just as they were about to ship a replacement. Because they were so responsive, we were able to save the trouble of shipping again. I would totally order again from this company.

I've had my shirt for about a year now and it's just as new as when I bought it. My brothers buy from 6dollarshirts and they're pretty stoked about them as well. Hilarious designs and I do recommend you buy from there at least once (or four times). -God, probably. (Ally)
I picked up my t-shirts from the post office today and wanted to say how pleased I am with them. They look great! The tees are of good quality that soften right up with a cold water wash & some Downey. The print is excellent. Thank you, 6DollarShirts for providing affordable, unique items!
Think Geek, Hobo Ninja and this company does customer service well. While I would say the other two are better with the quality and Six Dollar shirts does make you send pics while the others don't, they all came through when a shirt shrank or didn't fit. These three companies have my support for buying shirts.
It takes far longer than the website states for them to actually ship the products (site says 2-4 days, with the caveat that some orders may take a couple weeks) which seems excessive for 3 simple shirts. When I contacted customer service they were less than helpful and even delayed my order further. Now that I've finally received the shirts I'm quite disappointed - the graphics don't look as interesting as they do on the site and the shirt quality is poor. They all fit different despite being the same size and fit odd - the arm holes especially are far too big.
I won't be ordering again.
