Update: The order finally showed up Saturday, January 15,2022 a week from the date it was supposed to arrive and 18 days from date it was shipped. Too little too late. I ended up donating the 4 tshirts to a homeless shelter since I had to purchase a different birthday gift for my relative's birthday. Never ordering from this company again!
I recently placed an order at $6 shirts on Dec. 26,2021 and the shirts were sent out on Dec. 29,2021. They were a gift for a relative whose birthday was in January and who would be visiting that same month. The update from FedEx stated the package would arrive by January 8,2022. It didn't arrive and when I checked the update it had last left a facility in Indianapolis, IN on January 6,2021, then no updates until January 11,2021 where I was informed a delivery date was Unknown and the package might not arrive at all. I reached out to $6 tshirts through email (as they have no customer service agents to answer the phones or LiveChat). I received an email saying they could have the package traced and it would take 3-4 business days. I had told them I needed the package by January 11,2022 as it was a gift. I asked for a refund be issued since when or if it arrived it would be too late. They responded that once they received the tshirts back they would issue me a refund even though it was against their company policy. I was not satisfied with this, as I have no idea when or if the tshirts will even show up. I again stated I simply wanted a refund and was told I had to wait until the tracing of the package was completed and I had returned the shirts I had not yet received. I asked to speak with a supervisor and let the agent no that I was not happy about it because they had my money and I had nothing and no guarantee that my order would even arrive.

Today, January 12,2022 after leaving two messages on their phone voicemail (which is reserved for other business) and a few more emails, a customer service manager finally wrote me an email back. She said weather was why my package was delayed, she said FedEx could not guarantee when or if my package would be delivered but she did not tell me what state my package was stranded in, or how long I would have to wait for a refund if my package still hadn't shown up by the end of the week or next week, etc. She said it was against company policy to refund money but they would make an exception once the tshirts (still not received) were returned.

She did not offer to send new tshirts, nor did she offer to refund me my money, or offer me a credit or anything of that sort. She blamed the weather, she blamed FedEx but not once did she say $6 shirts was taking responsibility for this issue. I pointed out that $6 shirts chose to use FedEx to ship their packages, so that made $6 shirts responsible, since they made the decision to use that company. I also stated that I simply wished for a refund and that if the shirts actually arrived at some point, that I would make sure to return them.

I also stated that they had lost me as a future customer, that I would be writing reviews, telling those I knew about their poor customer service and filing a complaint with the BBB regarding $6 shirts company return policy.

If they had gone above and beyond by offering to either send a new order out, or to give me a credit or refund my money, this would have been a completely different kind of review. Live and learn.

Even the medium was a real medium

I had never ordered anything from 6 Dollar TShirts before but after the unique experience I had with them recently, I can assure you they will be my go-to place for cool tops from now on! After having endured the workplace drudgery that IS Secret Santa and picking out the perfect shirts for my intended person, I waited excitedly for him to unwrap my lovingly selected shirts and SQUEE with joy! Needless to say, since my co-worker is literally a toothless moron with a penchant for buggery and the IQ of a box of wet mice, he ever-so-impolitely returned the shirts to me, stating that he did not like them and the that the only use he could foresee getting out of them was using them as rags to clean his near-dilapidated motorcycle. Ah, such is the joy of giving for XMas time!

I wasted no time in returning them (unworn and unwashed) to 6 $ TShirts and receive store credit that I would use to select shirts for myself. I had my eye on a few tees that I had spied while shopping for my secret santa, Mr. Slack Jawed Yokel, but being the ever-steadfast and considerate employee that I am, I put my desires aside for the needs of others. And having done this I immediately came to regret this particular decision because of his egregiously RUDE reaction, and opted instead to treat myself (after purchasing a Grinch Who Shat on Xmas tree ornament for the aforementioned Mr. Slack Jawed Yokel). I was very pleased with the shirts I picked out and proceeded to use the store credit to take half off my selection. After a wobbly start, as I had never purchased anything from this website before, I found that using the website very easy and placed the remaining total on my debit card. I anxiously await my awesomely fantastic new shirts and have to personally thank Ms. Laci S. Who helped me with this purchase and showed such poise, grace and patience, that the likes of which I have rarely seen anywhere else. THANK YOU Ms. Laci S and 6 Dollar Shirts for making what started out as a miserable experience and helped to turn it into a delightful one! Thank you, thank you, a thousand times, THANK YOU!

This is the ultimate 6 Dollar shirt review please read.

Ok first of let me start by saying I have 28 shirts from this company so I might be slightly bias about my review but I will try my best. Also all these ratings are based on a 6 month time period.

Customer Service: 5 star rating - They have amazing customer service. I have made several goof ups either with my apartment number was missing or I placed the wrong order but they were able to help me quickly. I just used their website chat for customer service and they were able to get a hold of me quickly. They are also very polite and understanding of my goof ups and were able to help me not feel like an idiot for it. Now I usually had problems during their office hours so I cant rate the response time during off hours. If you are used to Amazons 24 hour customer service and cant handle waiting till they open then you might have a problem here.

Shirt Quality (Not Print): 4 Star Rating This was a hard choice to drop it down from 5 stars to 4 so let me explain a little. Most of the shirts I have from them are Delta Pro Weight and they are amazingly breathable. I live in Florida and its hot pretty much the entire year and they are very breathable and lightweight. So far they have been pretty durable thus far. There is a difference between the quality of the solid colors and the heather. I personally prefer the heather shirts because they feel softer and lighter. There has been once issue though the heather styles do become fuzzy around where my seat belts lands because of them rubbing against one another. However overall the shirts are very good and have lasted so far.

Shirt Designs: 5 Star Rating I love about 60% of 6 dollar shirts designs. They are funny, witty, creative and I love so many of them!

Shirt Color Variety: 5 Star Rating They have so many color choices to choose from its amazing. I hate how most companies always print on black. They have red, green, brown, blue, navy, white, and then when you get into the heathers its even better. They have a wide variety of choices that you should be very happy about it in the end.

Shirt Print Quality: 3 Star Rating I know this is probably the most important part to some people so I have to be honest, its a 3 rating. I have 28 shirts from them so I have a pretty good rotation going until I have to actually wash them. I have probably washed each one 7-8 times in the past 6 months and I do have some issues with the prints. Some of the fine details are already coming off or starting to peel around the edges on about more than half of the 28 shirts. Also one of my shirts the design is starting to crack which sucks because I love it. Now I know youre probably thinking Im some sort of animal destroying these beautiful shirts but that is not the case. I was them inside out in cold water using Ecos liquid laundry detergent which is hypo allergenic, gentle without harsh chemicals yada yada. I also use the hand wash cycle on my washing machine where it barely moves so the shirts dont get beaten up by the machine. After all that washing is done I hang dry them inside my house. So I have taken every single step to try and protect the print quality of the shirts but I dont think they will last 2 years down the road (at least any of them with super small designs).

Shipping: 4 Star Rating The speed of the shipping isnt too bad it takes about a 5-7 to ship after placing an order. It also depends on how many shirts youre placing because the larger the order the longer it can take. The reason for 4 stars is because the shipping can be pretty expensive. I live in Florida and they are based in Florida and the shipping is still high to ship to me.

Now I know I didnt give such a great review on the print quality however I think the other aspects of the shirts make up for it in the long run. This is a pretty damn good company and youre getting what youre paying for, a 6 dollar shirt will be a 6 dollar shirt in quality. These shirts are great but you will have to be careful how you wash them and you will need to hang dry them otherwise the designs will fall apart quickly. Overall I give 6 Dollar Shirts a 4 Star Review for being awesome!
