I bought a memory stick for my iPhone that also has a USB drive end on the opposite side of the iPhone connector.
The thing has never worked and there is "no" way to contact the company. No phone - No email - Nothing!

I bought the Sun Shade automobile windshield shade and after about eight months the adhesive holding the "hook tab" gave way. I tried other adhesive strips but no go!
I called Sky Mall and they won't replace the hook with the adhesive ANS forced me to buy an entire new Sun Shade!
THEY SUCK AND I WILL NEVER FO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN
