I never received a response from Hopper to change my flight to 2021, so I called American Airline and was able to cancel my flight and keep the credit to book next year. Was told because I went through a 3rd party, Hopper that when I call to rebook I will be charged a $50 rebooking fee per person.
I did not want to cancel, but with CVOID it's just too unsafe. It is not fare to charge a rebooking fee in this situation.
I bet if I filed a complaint with the better business bureau I would get a response.

I have used Hopper in the past and love the savings, but lack of customer service sucks.
I have a flight to Jamaica in December and need to change it to 2021 due to CVOID and unable to change on the APP. I sent a request for a customer service representative to contact me last week and it says a representative will review and get in contact within 24 hours. Today I sent a second request A-K1K6J6. I understand CVOID has made the airlines and Hopper busier than normal but we need an email and a phone number to call. I am one of those people that won't answer a call if I don't know who it is, so IF THEY CALL would like to know what number they call from.

I still have not received a response from customer service so I reached out to Groupon via chat and they were going to look into it... still waiting on that response also.
So previously I tried numerous times to get the code to work and decided to try it again a couple days ago and lo and behold it worked. FINALLY!
STILL A ZERO STARS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!

When trying to order my acrylic print through a Groupon promo, I receive an insufficient image data error.
I know it's not my image since I have ordered using the exact same image and size.
I do want to say that the two items I have received were very nice and had a quick delivery time, it's the lack of customer service that is worst.
I have tried to use the Canvas on Sale chat and no matter what time of day, it always says no agents are available.
Nobody ever answers at (855) 637- 2253, you get a recording saying they are experiencing high call volume, gives you an approximate wait time then eventually it will say to try your call later and hangs up.
No response from emails sent to:
*******@canvaspeople.com or *******@canvassale.com

I now am waiting on a response from Groupon chat and email.
I just want a refund and will take my business elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:
Your good unless you need to reach out to customer service.

On order E*******, I cancelled within 10 minutes of ordering after reading the reviews.
This was the response:

Also, we guarantee the good quality of our products. Please contact us if you have received damaged product. It will be solved timely till your satisfaction.

So can you keep this order?

I replied that I don't want to order & was told it takes 7-15 days for a refund, so today is day 15 and no refund yet.

I had ordered several items and after I submitted my order I read all the reviews about how the sizes are not US sizes and everything runs small.
I went into my account and tried to cancel my order since it had not been shipped yet.
Since you can't call or email a ticket had to be created on the website.
Was told too late because the shipping label had been created.
I had asked since not shipped yet and only label created to find it and cancel.
Again told too late so since signature is required to refuse it.
The shipping takes way too long and there is no details on shipping to stop it from being delivered by the carrier.
Will see how long it takes to return it and get my refund.
Will update this review when that happens.
Horrible service and would give it zero stars.
