They are so reliable to have the replacement frames for my disabled daughter.
Reliability
I order in October 2021 after months of emailing and calling I finally received my replacement vacuum in January, it works great but... unfortunately I ordered a new sock also, I was tired of contacting and had my husband call he left a message of course they never called back, so I guess they made an additional small bonus off of us of $61 because they sure didn't offer any compensation for this mishap. In the future if I need replacement parts I will try to go thru someone else.
Tip for consumers:
when the product finally arrives it works well, it is just getting your order to your door which for me took 3 months, and still not receiving everything you ordered

I clicked to add the sock for an additional price but never received the sock to cover the hose when dragging across my hardwood floors
