My wife and I have no idea how we subscribed to this, and now have been charged for their basic plan for quite sometime. The say its free, then in the very fine print, it will auto subscribe unless you unsubscribe from their service. Here is their catch, there is no way to do this on the website. Your trapped. The only way out is if they respond to your emails, which they have an aversion to answering. We contacted them twice, and the first time they wanted proof of auto charges in bank accounts. Then when we sent email with all the proof, we got crickets. No answers, no appologies, no refund no nothing. We have to cancel our credit card to get out of this mess.
