I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a company by the name of Prime Vacations International. They have a location in Boca Raton FL, and supposed corporate offices in Miami FL. (Which doesn't answer calls, nor is anyone physically in the office.)
Their initial contact was by phone stating a great give away vacation with NO SALES OR PURCHASE INVOLVED. Of course once you arrive that immediately changes. I will admit on paper their presentation looks good, but I encourage anyone whom they contact to look at their reviews, which I did, they were pretty bad in regards to billing and delivery of service. When I pointed this out, Shawn the representative, he quickly explained it away, saying with the volume of business they do it is only reasonable that they have 33 complaints with the BBB. Needless to say that because of my naivete, impulsivity, excitement, and the craftiness of this company I was roped in. I remember seeing I had a 3 day cancellation option, so I figured I had time to investigate further before fully committing. The problem with that is I was not given access to the online membership until 2 days after the cancellation date. When I thought about this, I immediately contacted Prime Vacations International to cancel. I was then told that their was an exception to me being able to cancel and the plan I signed up for was not eligible for cancellation. I knew that when you make a purchase of $2500 (most people paid a lot more) I have a right to cancel, especially if I haven't been given full access to what I purchased. I got tired of no calls backs or responses so I went down to Miami to what was supposedly their corporate headquarters only to discover that no one was there, nor did the receptionist of the entire floor know when someone would be there. Immediately I knew that the so called headquarters was nothing more than a ruse. I wasn't permitted to go to the actual office, which was probably a broom closet if it even existed at all. I left the program ( a bunch of paperwork and a couple of brochures) with the receptionist and took a picture with her holding it. I then filed a complaint with the BBB, which did get a response from the company, they offered me the option of no longer being responsible for the balance due, but wanted to keep my deposit of $1000 for a plan that I no longer had in my possession. I have since reported fraud to my credit card company. My next move is to get in touch with consumers affair. This company is nothing more than a bunch of scammers who make it their business to defraud people out of their hard earned money.

Tip for consumers:
Just know that the old saying holds true that "If it sounds too good to be true....it usually is". This company is terribly misleading and does not honor their contract which states that members will have full access to the vacation savings plan, which is not true. Beware of Prime Vacations International or whatever name they are using now. Do your due diligence and research all reviews and policies before signing up with this company. Also do take into account that their sales reps are good.

Products used:
I was supposed to have access to hotels and resorts at a great discount. However, I never gained access to the full member's benefits. I cancelled my membership within the 3 day cancellation period, only to be told I wasn't eligible for said cancellation.

I mistakenly booked a roundtrip flight with Spirit and returning on Frontier...through Priceline. I carried a personal item which fit into the baggage limit of spirit. However, Frontier's personal item sizing is much smaller. Right before boarding Frontier's gate personnel very frankly states if your item doesn't fit you will have to pay $99 to board the plane. They also said that if I paid on line before boarding began I could get it at a discount which I found out was $79. So I ended up paying $99. To make matters worse our flight was an hour late. This resulted in me having to pay more to get picked up from the airport. Their staff is very non-caring and unprofessional. I was able to speak with their customer service rep who was also very condescending. This airline is very crafty and makes it absolutely necessary to pay for a carry on...even if it is a personal item size of all other airlines...including Spirit! There sizing compartment is all the way up by the the departing gate, which isn't noticeable until it's too late. I will walk before I ever fly this airline again.

Tip for consumers:
I actually wound up discarding 4 articles of clothing and several personal Hygiene items in hopes of being able to place my personal item in the sizing allowance box. This resolved nothing because my personal item's wheels were a 1/4 inch too wide.

I purchased 3 outfits from this company. The material was very cheap and the workmanship was as well. I ordered the merchandise on the 18th of February and didn't receive my merchandise until the 13th of March. I decided to keep one of the outfits. Now even though they claim to have easy refunds nothing could be further from the truth. I contacted ChicMe through their online site, which was a nightmare. I then received back a msg saying they needed pictures of the merchandise (typical of these foreign companies). I sent the pictures/proof of the defective merchandise and they had the audacity to offer me a 10% refund on a $49.18 purchase! I promptly refused the ridiculous offer and now I will be contacting PayPal. I always use PayPal just for this reason.

Read the reviews and pay with PayPal or credit card

I recently got a subscription to what I thought would be a data bank of useful information. It turned out to be a whole lot of students like myself asking and answering questions. Once in a while you could receive an "Expert Opinion" if you can believe it. It was extremely confusing trying to sift through all the guesses. I subscribed to get help on an exam that I had previously taken with very little studying and I received a 60, I only scored a 72 using Chegg. I immediately contacted Chegg who immediately agreed to issue me a refund. The best thing I can say about Chegg is they do have prompt customer service through their Chat option. I am supposed to receive a refund within 5 business days. If I don't I will be updating my review

Tip for consumers:
I don't recommend using this site. It does not have reputable information from experts. It has a lot of other students who are giving their answers. There are no actual lessons to teach you on a subject, not that I could find. The site is very disorganized. For $20 a month, I expected a lot better. That will teach me for making a purchase before reading the reviews. This company has a very low rating. They only have one whole star. However, I will commend them on their customer service.

I made the mistake of buying a pair of sandals from an ad on Facebook. I guess you get what you pay for, well not even in this case. This company is quite slippery when it comes to doing business. First they advertise one thing then send you another not only is it not made of the materials they advertise, but they are so heavily drenched in a toxic smelling chemical that they are unwearable. The company plays the usual games of send me a picture, send them back for a refund at the customers expense, when I feel they intentionally deceive you and get caught they should bare the expense of return shipping. I would advise anyone thinking of doing business with this company to not do so. They are substituting the materials they are manufacturing their merchandise out of with who knows what... which probably explains the chemical smell... that burnt my throat and made me nauseous.

This company is not reputable. I could kick myself for not reading the reviews before making a purchase. I found them on Groupon and assumed that the company was reputable. While placing the order, it starting offering me duplicate items at a discount, when I got my receipt I noticed I had received 2 of the items I wanted and a 3rd of an entirely different size and color. I immediately contacted Stability Pro to correct the order. They responded by saying that they couldn't do that but offered to sell the item as new, meaning they said I would still receive the item, and I received a 50% off code towards my next purchase. When I received my order, there were only the 2 items not the third, nor was their an adjustment on my bill. To makes matters worse the items were nothing like the ad. Even though I ordered according to their sizing chart the item was 3 times too small. When I go on their website I see where they claim they don't do refunds only exchanges but not on sales items. So I spent $56.00 and I have nothing. I normally use paypal, but this time I used my debit/credit card. I'm hoping I have options to recoup my losses. I have reached out to this company but based on the reviews and recent experiences I don't hold out much hope for things to work out in my favor. What a ripoff. How are companies like this even allowed to remain in business?

I have purchased from this company in the past. Only 1 of the 4 items didn't fit. The last time I ordered 12 items and only 6 of them fit. I am an experienced online shopper who knows how to properly measure and compare my measurements with the sizing chart. So the fact that I ordered according to my measurements which were the same on every item, yet they didn't fit tells me it was not me but the sizing charts and the merchandise didn't match. I contacted Lovelywholes and got the usual run around you get from these foreign vendor. The Asian culture used to be one of honor, I guess that isn't the case anymore. They advised me that returning the useless items wouldn't be in my hest interest because of the shipping... yeah I know it had ready cost me $67 dollars just to receive my items. Then to add insult to injury they offered a measly 10% discount on my next order. What a joke. I did the math and it's just best for me to buy American because when I do the math, between the bad quality, long delivery times, expensive shipping cost, return hassles, and questionable sizing it's more practical to not deal with foreign vendors. I have opened a dispute with PayPal so we'll see how that goes, because I refuse to be taken for over $70 of my hard earned money. Shame on you LovelyWholesale.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you know your true measurements. Always consult the sizing chart and use your accurate measurements. Always read the items description and make sure the item is made out of a material you recognize. Read the reviews of the item.

I bought women's clothing. Of the last order I am satisfied with the ones that fit. So.e of them were actually of pretty decent quality
