Got order confirmation and didn't notice until
4/26/2020 that this item wouldn't ship until 6/1/2020. It was a basic roller blind with no customization. Email feature on website wouldn't send so I had to chat, I asked to cancel my order. They tried several ways to get me to keep my order ( longer warranty, discounts). I told them I needed the item and a moth and two weeks was unacceptable, i need the item and can get it faster from someone else. Again I asked for cancellation and refund and was then informed they don't refund "handling ". And they would try to cancel! Frustrating! If the were handling this it would be shipping!
Waiting for an email confirmation of cancelation. If you need your item use another site.

I recently have been upgrading and updating my motorhome for this season. I have ordered many parts from this company. Fast shipping and great prices. Everything packaged well and Arrived ready to use. I have had some bad luck with other companies but Rvupgrades has come through every time. I definitely recommend

Ordered two new lights for my rv and no where did it state that they don't have the item and have to order it from manufacturer.
They don't have in stock. And they don't tell you that they are a middle man until they get your money. Then I got an email saying that they have ordered it and no concrete idea of when they will get it and then ship to me. They tried to get me to switch my order to another item? Wtf. They tried to bait and switch. Can't review the product because A week after ordering, they still haven't gotten it and then I have to wait additional time for them to ship to me!

Find another vendor that actually stocks the items that they are selling unless you don't care how long it takes. Shady at best. Just hope when I get it, whenever that will be, they are what I ordered and aren't broke.

Ordered a rv toilet and also paid for insurance It arrived untapped, upside down and broken. Things happen right?
Contacted customer service through email, note they have NO VOICE PHONE! I was instructed to contact returns and so I did. I provided pictures of the damage and was told I would get a replacement sent. It's been a week and no shipment has been sent and NO ONE will respond to my emails. No voice phone available and I have reached out to sales, customer service, returns and also tried the owner. They will not respond at all. No refund no replacement. I just got ROBBED FOR over 168 dollars. Shipping insurance is useless if the company is thieves.
