Just have to share how happy I have been with potterybarn. Whether it's dot com or in the retail store these people seem to have the formula for keeping customers happy without compromise. Been shopping here for more than 20 years with not one negative experience. The rep I dealt with today went out of her way to get me a price adjustment. Although they have a new policy where customer would have to actually return an item then re-purchase at new price; Has not always been this way. Prior to, you could just call CS and adjustment would be made if price drop occurred within 14 days, no return was necessary. I was annoyed to learn they changed the policy because there were several items from my order that went cheaper right after I purchased. But the rep totally empathized with me, grand fathered me in as loyal customer. This totally turned my sad face to happy and resulted in a credit of nearly $40. Now we all know many retailers would tell you policy changed, end of story. For PB to make an exception for little ole me as a CS gesture is impressive. They care about service and loyalty. If you are budget conscious, don't underestimate the power of a price adjustment. Rarely any retailers advertise this, but most will do it so take advantage. I call this the unadvertised rebate. Thumbs up Pottery Barn!

From the branch to the 24 hour customer service reps, this institution seems to care about their customers, not just lip service to get you to open an account, they actually deliver great service. The branch manager held my hand through a nightmare situation with citi bank, they understand everyday people and their needs. I feel very comfortable and secure with his institution. Thank you US Bank, what a relief to bank with an institution with integity and real commitment to servicing customers needs.

These people have no compassion. I accidently paid the wrong amount on my Macy's card and even though I told them, even had my bank call them so they would stop the transaction, not only did they not stop, they attempted 3x to take $4500 out of my account over a 2 week period, even though they were told wayy in advance this payment was done in error. Every bill I needed to pay for the past 2 weeks has been returned from my account NSF because of this, these multiple attempts to take this money out left my account in the negative, the fees incurred on both ends have been insane. Be aware, if you pay your bills online through a companies online pay system outside of your bank, be cautious not to make a mistake because the financial institution will not care, and they will try to debit 3x regardless. You will get 2x the fees for each attempt they make that is not successful, they don't care how big or small the amount is. This is a horrible policy, they should have stopped with their attempts upon me notifying that it was a mistake. Any card that I have held by citibank is getting closed. Done with this nightmare of a bank. I did a little research and they have already been involved in several class action law suits over fees and such, maybe this will be another.

Arrived damaged, poor quality control, can't return to store, wait a week for Fedex to pick up, can't drop package to them, fed ex then screws up the pick up. Been stuck with this huge box in my living room for a week now. DREADFUL EXPERIENCE, never again will I order online from world market.
