These people are out and out crooks. They charge your account for purchases you didn't make, just out of the blue! Then make it darn near impossible to get a refund for the money they stole. I see I'm not the only one with this problem. Don't authorize ANY payments to these thieves!

“Thanks for your review - i am in the same boat - i used incredimail for YEARS and paid a lot for Gold Gallery plus - etc - they would charge me all the time even when i didnt order a renewal. Now - a few months ago - it stopped working all together.”
