I got bad experience with Medicover doctors back in Poland. I addressed my queries to Zus - institution who suppose to assist in case of conflict.
When called to customer support to Zus, I was listened and then advised that I need to go to Medicover and speak to doctors manager, because Zus cannot do anything.
I was ignored when explained about manager of the doctor was rude and unprofessional. I have names dates and call recordings. However received no assistance from company who collects money and potentially should solve problems. Shame on you!
