I recently bought 5 Funkos for my son who collects toys and when I received my confirmation email it stated that it may take up to 2 weeks for my order to ship because they are behind. I feel like that is a bit ridiculous considering they already charged me for my order and there is no way to cancel it. Now, after reading the reviews on here, I am sorry that I ordered from them directly. I should have ordered from Entertainment Earth or Big Bad Toy Store instead. I will update this once the items have shipped. Fingers crossed they arrive in a timely matter and are in mint condition or there will be an issue. Apparently, they care about the environment as much as they care about their customers.

Tip for consumers:
They are stating that it is taking about two weeks to ship orders out because they are behind. You find this out in an email after you already made the purchase. They charge you instantly for the order and there isn't a way to cancel it. So, buyer beware. I suggest purchasing your Funkos elsewhere.

I stopped shopping at Nike ages ago once I found out the owner Phil Knight was giving millions of dollars to Republican Pac's.
I read this just today, 07/21/2023:

"On the other end of the scale is the $2 million given by Nike co-founder Phil Knight to the Bring Balance to Salem PAC, which aims to diminish Democratic influence in state politics, primarily by backing Republican candidates and efforts." Oregon Capital Insider

Sorry, but corporations shouldn't be allowed to give money to any political candidates or campaigns. Period. That is part of what causes a corrupt government and Citizens United simply needs to go. Corporations are NOT people.

I have had to deal with my packages and my sons packages being returned to sender and marked Addressee Unknown or Moved- No Forwarding Address even though we have lived at our apartment complex for over 7 years now. People who are hired to only deliver parcels are the ones scanning my packages this way. My postal carrier is awesome and will go and find my package and personally bring it to my door whenever this occurs. But I first have to call the 800 # and speak with an agent to make a complaint which then gets sent to my local post office. You cannot call the local post office anymore, since DeJoy was appointed. When you call it says you are being transferred to an operator but the phone just rings and rings, no one ever picks up. I once stayed on the line for 30 minutes to see if anyone would pick up and no one ever did.

Also, even though they have a chat line on informed delivery, know one has ever actually joined the chat when I have tried to connect this way. Usually the chat line is unavailable for the majority of the time. So, getting an issued solved rapidly is often a joke. I have been having issues like this for over years and it still keeps happening. The FBI is supposedly dealing with an issue involving my Informed Delivery account as well because someone has tried to redirect our packages elsewhere. Yet, I have not been contacted by them as to what is going on with the case. Uber frustrating and I am over it!

Amazon monitoring the reviews customers write is a load of crap. I have had so many honest reviews denied because my review doesn't follow their "community guidelines". The funny thing is they never give me a concrete reason why my review is not going to be published or what "community guideline" my review supposedly broke. The whole process is a joke and frankly a waste of my precious time and energy. I find it interesting how many reviews seem to be written by bots, yet those seem to be published all the time, even though they all say the exact same thing. I recently had two reviews denied, one was a 2 star and the other a 5 star. I wrote clear, concise honest reviews of each product but apparently neither one was able to be published. Amazon is basically censoring their customers and not allowing the truth to be told, whether good or bad, unless it meets their approval.

I recall when Amazon was a great company with the best customer service and now it's just a greedy corporation taking advantage of it's employees and it's customers. I hope to see it's downfall sooner, rather than later.
