I used them for an interstate move two years ago and I was really impressed by their service. On-time, polite, hard-working, and truly nice people. I don't know about now, but back then your money was held in escrow until you approved their service. The total cost was much less than I had paid previously for local moves. Since I couldn't afford a big tip, I ordered a huge take-out lunch for their 400 mile trip home. Could not have been more satisfied. Why do people mess with success?

I love the site, so easy to navigate, especially if your sizes and preferences are saved. The sellers have been great - frequently if they want to move an item quickly they will reduce the price and shipping cost and alert everyone who "liked" the item. No free shipping - know that up front, though sellers will bundle. The sellers are not paid until the item arrives and you give approval for the seller to receive the funds. I do not anticipate becoming a seller, so I cannot speak to that experience. But as a buyer, compared to my old stomping ground ThredUP, it is the Saks to their JC Penney.

The stores were perfectly fine. Great selection, new inventory every week, great price/value/quality ratio- who cared that it was crowded, decidedly not spiffy, and with endless lines? It was the price to be paid for the perks and that was fine by me. Now the stores are all being renovated, the prices have spiked, common items like lemonade and raspberry jam are discontinued, and the lines are still long - and without the favorable cost/value/quality ratio that they had before, with attention to sales I can do just as well elsewhere. Why they would mess with a winning formula is beyond me. When my local store reopened, I gave it 3 tries -I wanted to be sure my impressions were consistent. They are. I am done.

If you're wondering where your rejected clothes went, they're probably in a goody box. Not finding much on the site and in need of some cute reasonably-priced summer items, I gave the brief description of my style, needs, size, etc. Obviously, these folks don't know me, but I figured the odds were okay that there would be a few items I'd keep. It must have taken a lot of effort on the part of my "stylist" to assemble the most horrible, ugly, outdated and cheap collection he/she could manage. It is insulting, and this is probably the stuff they "stole" from you previous reviewers. When I say I'd do better at Goodwill, I am dead serious. Plus, the prices listed were outrageous for such junk - no wonder they wouldn't put them online. Adding insult to injury, I just sent in a bag myself, guessing that won't go well. At this point I'll just unsubscribe and move on.
