They have hard to find trees.
I places an order but cancelled right away via email. Then called them right after they opened to cancel and the response was" It's in the shipping dept. I'll try to cancel" It stated it would take 1 to 2 days to ship the item so there is no way it could be in the shipping dept within an hour of my order. It's been 6 days and numerous email to cancel and not one response. I called again and got the same answer. I'm having to contact my cc company to file a dispute just to get my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY! And FYI, the descriptions about the plants only tell you the best part of the plant so you'll buy. Never mentioning anything negative. It's all about selling. You'd have to actually do more research to get the truth.
They pretty much do everything. The only complaint is that I wasn't updated in the status of my order. I had to call them after a week and a half cause I never heard anything back.
